When applying during the open call for admission, along with the application form, candidates must submit photocopies of the following documents:
– diploma and diploma supplement, i.e., certificate of completed study program of the first cycle of study;
– decision on recognition of a foreign higher education document or confirmation that the recognition procedure for continuing education has been initiated (only for candidates who have a foreign higher education document);
– proof of payment of the application fee.
Admitted candidates submit the following documents at the time of enrollment:
– certified copies of documents and original documents for verification,
– birth certificate (the Faculty, i.e., the University acquires a birth certificate ex officio, except for foreign citizens who are required to submit this document upon registration);
– completed form SV-20 (the form is also filled out electronically, and the printed version is signed and handed in to the Faculty);
– student booklet, i.e. “indeks” (if it is not provided by the home Faculty),
– two 4.5×3.5 cm photographs,
– proof of payment of the registration fee (if a registration fee is charged);
– proof of payment of the tuition fee (or a part of the tuition fee) for self-funding students,
– proof of payment of the fee for the Center for Career Development and Student Counselling,
– any other confirmation or document if necessary.

First call for applications for admission
The application for enrollment in study programs at master academic studies will be organized no later than October 2, 2024.
– no later than October 10, 2024, at 12 o’clock – the Faculties publish the final ranking lists and submit them to the University
– no later than October 14, 2024 – enrollment of candidates
– no later than October 15, 2024 – the Faculties submit to the University the number of enrolled students according to study programs and the enrollment quota.
